After 14 years as a therapist, I’ve come to understand a profound truth: feelings like cloudiness, overwhelm, and exhaustion aren’t who you are—they’re responses to not having space to be your true self. My work is about helping you reclaim that space. Our work begins by exploring what’s holding you back and helping you recognize the difference between the authentic voice of your true self and the limiting beliefs you may have internalized. I create a supportive, nurturing environment where you can reclaim your narrative, uncover what truly matters to you, and live a life that reflects your desires.

I work with adults struggling with limiting beliefs and not living their true potential, specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, family of origin challenges, and unresolved trauma. Progress often looks like a gradual unburdening, shifting from surviving to thriving, as clients reconnect with clarity, energy, and purpose.

My work is client-centered, and I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems(IFS), Mindfulness, and Art and Expressive Therapy. Art therapy can serve as the primary modality or play a supporting role, depending on your needs. It’s especially powerful when inviting new, positive experiences and broadening perspectives, coping skills, and worldviews.
